Alliance Cooling Products is a trusted family-owned company specializing in providing full-service cooling tower construction, maintenance and service needs for clients located in the US.  With over 30 years in business we provide high quality work with an emphasize in safety and customer satisfaction.  We can provide you with any cooling tower parts and equipment in North, Central and South America. We are also an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) allowing us to provide quality products at competitive prices with quick responses to our customers.

John Smith is the founder and President of Alliance Cooling.  He started Alliance Cooling (then Smith & Beckel) in 1987 and is now a well known cooling tower industry veteran.   John has decades of experience and a stellar reputation based on a profound commitment to customer service and quality.  As a knowledgeable leader, John enjoys teaching and mentoring the Alliance team.  During his semi-retirement John likes to spend time fishing, hunting and sharing time with his five grandchildren.  

With over 20 years of experience within the cooling tower industry Mike Smith joined Alliance in 1996 under the direction of his father John R. Smith and Joe McBurney.  Over the years Mike has moved up through the company and now serves as the Senior Construction/Sales Manager.  Prior to joining the Alliance team, Mike was employed with PG&E based at the Geysers Geothermal Plant.  Feel free to contact Mike with any of your cooling tower needs.

Sheri Smith is the Vice President and runs the Alliance team’s daily operations.  Her exceptional leadership skills combined with vast knowledge of the cooling tower industry serves as a valuable resource to the company.  Sheri’s enthusiastic outlook and people skills make her the perfect motivating force for Alliance.  “We promote a team spirit among our employees by offering an environment in which they are appreciated, motivated and proud of their work.  We strongly believe in our people/ team, they stand to grow with us, and provide consistent, first-rate service for our company.”  Sheri enjoys spending time with her twin teenage daughters who are very active in 4-H raising and showing livestock.

Jose Gudino is the Alliance Cooling Safety Manager and Project Manager.  He is involved with the overall supervision of projects, scheduling and safety training.  Jose joined Alliance Cooling in 1997 working in the field and has become a knowledge source for many departments.  With over 19 years of experience, he is an ideal supervisor for the field personnel and makes sure safety is the top priority at the job sites.
